We are in-network with most insurances and will directly bill your insurance. You will be financially responsible for deductibles, co-insurance, or co-pays according to the policy you have with your insurance provider. If we are not in-network with your insurance, we will not bill your insurance and there will be an out-of-pocket cost for services provided. You will be given the clinical information needed to request reimbursement from your insurance provider.

We are not currently accepting patients with Medicaid as primary or secondary insurance.
